Pharmacy

Yes, you can update your pharmacy details by sending us an email at provider@teleldocs
All the pharmacies linked to our services usually have all the medicines we prescribe to patients. In case your pharmacy runs short of the medicines you can email us to change the pharmacy or prescribe an alternative treatment plan. It’s highly advisable to call your selected pharmacy and talk to them and if they don’t have your prescription then immediately inform us via email.
It happens rarely, but if your pharmacy cannot refill your prescription because of changing telemedicine laws in your state, then we may issue a complete refund (terms and conditions apply).
Yes, you can call your local pharmacy where we sent your prescription as per information you submitted through consultation form and request them to transfer your prescription to the new pharmacy.
You can get your medicines from the pharmacy within 2-4hours after submitting an electronic consultation form. You can also call your pharmacy to set up the pick up time for your prescription
  • Refund Policy: A full refund of consultation fee will be applied only if a doctor couldn't prescribe a treatment plan. However, once your prescription is processed and sent to the local pharmacy, the fee will become non-refundable.
  • Important: None of our doctors are permissible to prescribe unsafe, addictive and illegitimate drugs, including but not limited to narcotics, ambien, clonidine or any other controlled drugs.

Consultation Fee Does Not Include Medicine

After complete online medical consultation, we send prescriptions electronically to your chosen pharmacy. We don't sell and deliver medicines.

We treat common ailments at a lower cost. Pay a one-time fee including online consultation. You must pay for medicines at the pharmacy.
