Oral herpes (also called Herpes Labialis) is mainly transmitted through oral-to-oral contact. The most common cause of this disease is HSV-1. Cold sores or fever blisters are the most common symptoms of oral herpes found on and around the mouth.
Treatment: Antiviral therapy (Acyclovir or Valtrex)
