Diabetes (or hyperglycemia) is a metabolic disease that causes sugar to build up in your blood. Diabetes Type 2 occurs when high blood glucose in the body starts resisting insulin.
Primary symptoms include fatigue, thirst, weight loss, frequent urination and infections, slow-healing sores and blurred vision, etc. Untreated diabetes can damage your eyes, kidneys, nerves and other organs.
You may be asked to perform Hba1c and kidney tests and submit the reports to a medical practitioner for an appropriate treatment plan.
